When will I get my list?

Do you ship the wine?
No — but we help you source it. Every pick comes with sourcing guidance: specialty shops in your area, online retailers that ship to your state, and what to ask if it's not on the shelf.
Do I have to do a call?
No call or Zoom required. Most people love that — no scheduling, no awkward small talk, just a real list from a real sommelier. If you'd rather talk it through, we can set up 15 minutes by email.
Can I request specific things?
Yes — right at checkout. Tell us the occasion, the budget per bottle, and anything to lean into or avoid.
What if the list misses?
No refunds — the sommelier has already put real work in. But we'll redo it for free until you've got something you love.
Looking for something more specific?
If you're chasing a specific producer, a particular vintage, or a bottle that doesn't sit on normal shelves, we can source it through our shipping partners. Same $150 flat fee as the regular curation — your sommelier just spends more of it on the hunt.
Heads up: rare and allocation sourcing typically takes longer than the 48-hour turnaround on regular curations. We'll let you know what to expect once we see what you're after.
